「put up with」「stand」を使用の「暑さを我慢できる」の表現を教えてください。
--------------------------------------今日、英会話学校で、「put up with」「stand」を私が理解できてないことが発覚し、ネイティブからしごかれました。
I am trying put up with not using the air con. = I am trying stand not using the air con.（私は、クーラーを使わないをガマンするのをトライします。
）といったものを、色々習いました。
それでですねσ(￣∇￣;)「put up with」「stand」を使い、「私は、寒さより暑さを我慢できます」とはどう言えばいいのでしょうか？
I can put up with hot weather better cold.I can stand hot weather better cold.は、駄目ですか？

stand は、耐えるです。
stand はもともと be ( upright ) in place である場所にいるということなので、時間は関係なく、その状況に耐えるput up with は、何かと一緒であるのをある期間我慢する、我慢する対象によって使い分けます。
夏の暑さとか冬の寒さ、待たされるようなこと、もともと耐えられない、最初から嫌なことには、stand で、主に否定文で使うこれ以上耐えられない（ある程度我慢したけど）と言う場合は、 put up with I can't stand being kept waiting.My body can't stand the operation.私の身体は、その手術には耐えられないI can't stand her.( I dislike her)I can't put up with you anymore.（I can't accept you.)I can't put up with your smoking.「私は、寒さより暑さを我慢できます」は、２つの文に分けたほうがわかりやすいのではI can accept summer heat. But, I can't stand winter cold.
